Cheerleading

We are so happy you are considering cheerleading at Prince of Peace.  All Prince of Peace parish and school youth who are in 1st-8th grade are invited to register for cheerleading.  Our goal is to give every child the opportunity to join our spirited team, reunite with old friends and make new ones.

What to expect?

We cheer for the Prince of Peace basketball teams.  Games are usually on Saturdays.  Kids usually cheer for one game per weekend.  The season runs from early November through February. 

What is required?

All POP Cheerleaders must wear a shell, skirt, bloomers and have poms.  In addition, each family will provide the socks, shoes, and underarmour.

Cheerleaders may wear their uniform from a previous year, purchase a used uniform at the used uniform sale, or purchase a new uniform while registering.

How much will it cost?

• $25 registration fee
• $132-$158 if you need a new uniform package 
• Individual uniform pieces are also available
